By downloading or using PlantHealth ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the App

PlantHealth is a plant care and identification app available on iOS. You must be 13 years of age or older to use the App. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

PlantHealth offers the following plans:

Free	$0	Up to 3 plants, basic care guides, email reminders
Premium	$4.99/month	Unlimited plants, push notifications, disease detection
Pro	$9.99/month	Everything in Premium + unlimited disease checks, priority support

• Subscriptions are billed monthly through your Apple ID account.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• A 3-day free trial may be offered for new subscribers. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
• To cancel, go to iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

3. Refund Policy

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not issue refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of photos and data you upload to PlantHealth. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process that content for the purpose of providing the service (e.g., sending photos to the Plant.id API for identification). We do not sell your content to third parties.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code.
• Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights.
• Abuse or circumvent usage limits on free tier features.

6. Identification Accuracy

Plant identification and disease detection results are provided for informational purposes only. PlantHealth does not guarantee the accuracy of identification results. Always consult a professional horticulturist for critical plant care decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlantHealth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data, inaccurate identification results, or plant damage resulting from advice provided.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
